step 3 -  Double click inside the Star Craft 2 - Trilogy game folder and run the exe application   
first run - run me first application, see image below
then run star craft II offline, see image below

Step 4 -  Have fun and play! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any 
               missingdll errors, look for a Redist or CommonRedist folder and install all the programs
