step 2  - When you download all the parts, use winrar to extract, how to extract -

               right click part 1 only and click extract here to be able to extract

step 3 -  Double click inside the Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year folder and run the exe application

Step 4 -  Have fun and play! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any 

               missingdll errors, look for a Redist or CommonRedist folder and install all the programs
